If you’ve got $10 and free time Monday afternoon, come climb the Rock.

That’s the Dolphins’ pitch to fans, as the team is hosting an open practice at newly named (and newly renovated) Hard Rock Stadium Monday at 1 p.m.

A limited amount of tickets are available at TicketMaster.com. Proceeds benefit the Miami Dolphins Foundation.

Monday’s practice will act as a sort of soft launch for the Dolphins. It’ll be the first time the public will see the building’s half-billion dollar renovations first-hand.

And it’ll be our first opportunity to see the new canopy in action. While the tropical wave in the Caribbean appears to be heading east, South Florida is still expected to get drenched all weekend.

If you can’t make Monday’s practice, there are two other chances to see the stadium this week; the Dolphins host the Titans in their preseason finale and the Miami Hurricanes open their season against Florida A&M Saturday.
