ORLANDO -- Cameron Wake is poised to make his 2016 debut and Laremy Tunsil and Jermon Bushrod will again start at guard in Thursday night’s Dolphins-Falcons preseason game.

Wake was not among the eight players scratched for Thursday’s game, although a final decision on his avaiability will not be made until he goes through warm-ups. Wake has not appeared in game since tearing his Achilles tendon last October.

Wake will not start at defensive end Thursday, however. Jason Jones will, the Dolphins announced.

Meanwhile, Miami’s offensive line competition could be over after Thursday night. The Dolphins will start Tunsil at left guard and Jones at right for the second straight week, the clearest sign yet they have the edge over Dallas Thomas and Billy Turner.

Dolphins definitely not playing Thursday night: quarterback Matt Moore (concussion), cornerback Xavien Howard (knee), running back Kenyan Drake (hamstring), safety Walt Aikens (knee), cornerback Chimdi Chekwa (thigh), center Mike Pouncey (hip), linebacker James-Michael Johnson (thigh) and defensive tackle Earl Mitchell (calf).

Anthony Steen will start for Pouncey. Jordan Phillips will start for Mitchell.

Miami Dolphins defensive end Cameron Wake talks about his Achilles tendon injury at the second day of training camp on July 30, 2016.
