Hallandale blew out South Broward in front of a raucous home crowd. Quarterback Tyler Huntley led the Chargers with five combined touchdowns.

All four of Huntley’s passing touchdowns were at least 30 yards. His lone rushing touchdown came from 7 yards out in the second quarter. Huntley finished the night with 210 yards on seven completions.

The Chargers defense only blemish on the night was a first quarter touchdown pass by Bernard Scott. Hallandale forced four turnovers on the night, including three interceptions off of a hurried Scott.

South Broward struggled to move the ball mightily in the second half. The Bulldogs only managed two first downs in the entire second half. Scott was harassed all night, getting sacked five times in the rout.
