Playing super-team IMG Academy, the Cobras kept things close in a scoreless first quarter before the host Ascenders scored 34 unanswered points to win 34-0.
IMG, now 5-0 and ranked second in the nation by USA Today, opened the scoring on a Cooper Graham field goal with 9:10 left in the second.
Quarterback Kellen Mond, who came to IMG from San Antonio and is headed to Texas A&M, made it 10-0 by running it in.

With less than two minutes before halftime, Mond and Emmanuel Greene -- who has committed to UCF -- hooked up for a touchdown into the back of the end zone.
Boyd Anderson drops to 3-1 after beating Douglas, Coconut Creek and Blanche Ely by a combined 139-57.
The Cobras play host to Dillard next week.
The Ascenders were 9-0 last season, but as an independent, do not play in a district and cannot compete for a state championship.
IMG opened its season by beating Carol City 17-7 in a kickoff classic and then beat teams from Georgia, California, Oklahoma and Washington, D.C., before playing host to the Cobras on Friday.
