Sable Robbert, who grew up a WWE fan in South Florida and enjoys 'Total Divas' on E!, won the the 20th annual Hooters International Swimsuit Pageant on July 13, 2016 at the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas.
She won $30,000 and will be the face of the iconic brand.
Sable represented Fort Lauderdale as she works at the Hooters in (South Florida) Pembroke Pines. She bested 79 other contestants to be crowned Miss Hooters International.
The qualifiers were selected from Hooters Girls who presently work in the restaurants. They competed in local and regional swimsuit contests for one of the coveted spots in the Hooters 20th Annual International Swimsuit Pageant.
“It hasn’t really sunk in yet that I’m being given the honor of serving as brand ambassador for Hooters,” Sable said. “The entire Pageant experience has been unreal, and I’m thankful for my close-knit Hooters family. I’m ecstatic to have so many exciting opportunities with Hooters on the horizon, and to join a select group of women who’ve served as the face of the iconic brand before me.”
Three local Hooters Girls joined Sable in Las Vegas including Amberly Hall (Miss Miami), Sofia Bevarly (Miss Southwest Florida) and Amanda Shapiro (Miss Cape Coral). Amberly finished in the Top 10.
The competition consisted of categories: swimsuit, costume from the state each girl represents, evening gown, interview.
Sable will serve as a brand ambassador and spokesperson, travel to assist in international openings, appear in the national advertisements, and contribute to marketing initiatives and special events throughout the year. Sable has been with Hooters more than five years.
A college student interested in nursing and marketing, Sable qualified for the Hooters International Swimsuit Pageant previously, placing in the Top 5 and winning the “Please Thank You” Award. She is a four-time Hooters Calendar Girl and has been featured on Hooters taxi top signage, on the cover of Hooters drink menus and in Hooters commercials.
Beautiful, smart and a great spokesperson, she did a good job prior as a South Florida Hooters brand ambassador, traveling to Australia for the company and becoming very active in many charitable events associated with Hooters, including Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital, Miami Dolphins Foundation, Miami Cancer Institute, and Give a Hoot Weekend in Iowa.
She also likes talking pro wrestling/sports entertainment with patrons, and her aspirations include WWE (community relations, ring announcing, wrestling).
