Quick hits from Day Four of Miami Hurricanes fall camp on Friday:

*** Receiver Ahmmon Richards and and linebacker Michael Pinckney, both freshman All-Americans, were side-by-side on the conditioning bikes while the other guys were stretching and practicing during our media viewing. Pinckney again was pedaling with his right leg only. He had hamstring issues last year, so don’t know if he’s strengthening one leg over the other or if it’s something else. Ahmmon seems fine. We’re talking to Mark Richt today after practice.

*** I did not see tight end Michael Irvin II on the field during our media viewing.

*** I also did not see freshman offensive lineman Zalon’tae Hillery, who was wearing a boot yesterday on the sideline.

University of Miami football coach Mark Richt talks to the media on Aug. 4, 2017.

***Freshman offensive lineman Navaughn Donaldson, listed as 6-6 and 350 but who is less than that now, has obviously lost a lot of weight and looks really strong and fit. Richt raved about that recently. Donaldson is going to be a key component for the next few years on this line.

***The order of quarterbacks during handoffs to running backs: Malik Rosier, Evan Shirreffs, N’Kosi Perry, Cade Weldon, Vincent Testaverde.

***The order of quarterbacks during early passing drills started with Rosier, Shirreffs, Weldon, Perry and Testaverde.

But that order soon shifted to Rosier, Shirreffs, Perry, Weldon and Testaverde.

Bottom line: Doesn’t matter at this point. Richt already told us Perry and Weldon are alternating behind Rosier and Shirreffs.
