Death-penalty overhaul

If the government really wants to deter murder, the law should be changed to offer murderers the following choices of execution: (1) the same manner in which the murder was committed or (2) the guillotine.

The former could not be deemed cruel and unusual punishment because it merely be what they did to somebody else. The latter could not be deemed cruel and unusual because death would be instantaneous.
