Make kids their problem

How do we stop children from illegally entering the United States at the Mexican border? It can be done very simply: Bus them to Washington, D.C., and turn them over to the embassies and consulates of Honduras, El Salvador and Guatemala, and let those governments transport them back home.

They’ve got to have some skin in the game if the sending of children to the United States is to be stopped.
