People, not cameras

I am opposed to money being spent on cameras since that does not seem to be the solution to our crime problem. The root of our problem is education and urban blight.

When one out of five kids does not know how to read and write, and homes are in disrepair while homeless people roam our streets, this money is better spent on people — not cameras taking pictures of them.
