Quite surprised at Greg Cote’s opinion of Tiger Woods in the June 1 Miami Herald, “The sports world has never witnessed a more epic fall from greatness like the one authored by Tiger Woods.”
Woods, one of the greatest golfers ever, is suffering physically from the effects of his dedication to the game and is being treated and given pain medications by his physicians.
What was the Cote’s purpose in bringing up Woods’ past indiscretions, instead of supporting his attempted comeback?
No other athletes have ever captured greater interest and delight as they’ve played. But, lest we forget Woods’ sins of many years ago. Thanks for reminding us.
