Missing 3-year-old Florida girl found in Tallahassee. Her abductors are arrested, FHP says

A 3-year-old girl who was abducted has been found in Tallahassee and the man who took her has been arrested, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.

Madeline Mejia was found less than two hours after the Amber Alert was issued. The suspected car was spotted along Interstate 10 in Tallahassee by FHP troopers. Troopers say they have arrested the suspect involved in Madeline’s abduction.

Law enforcement initially said she was abducted by a man driving a two-door black sedan with Texas license plates and lightly tinted windows. That information led troopers to spotting and stopping the black Honda Accord.
