They met at Olive Garden. She ended up dead, bound with duct tape, cops say.

The 911 caller was breathless and he sounded scared.

Asgeirr Ulfr was telling the dispatcher that he had just been shot by a home invader and his ex roommate was not breathing. The 26-year-old said that he saw a masked woman in a hoodie flee the Apopka home, according to a police report.

"My friend’s not responding to anything and she’s tied up,” a panicky Ulfr told the operator.

Seminole County Fire Rescue responded to the house in Apopka, and found the former roommate, ID'ed as Christina Danielle Scarr, with no pulse. She was bound, with duct tape wrapped around her head.

Ulfr was taken to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries to his foot.

Seminole County Sheriff’s investigators soon labeled last Friday's incident "suspicious," according to the report.

A subsequent investigation revealed that there was in fact no home invasion and the following day, SCSO deputies arrested Ulfr and charged him with first-degree premeditated murder.

He remains in custody at the John E. Polk Correctional Facility (JEPCF) on no bond.

Ulfr's story did not hold up after deputies reviewed Walmart surveillance video, which showed the suspect buying duct tape and zip ties used to bound Scarr. The two met when they worked together at Olive Garden, say deputies. They had briefly dated.

The 20-year-old's cause of death has not been revealed.
