A man in Lake Worth, Florida, has been arrested on charges of battery, criminal mischief and throwing deadly missiles into an occupied building after he was turned away from a pizzeria and became violent, police say.
James Dennison, 56, allegedly entered Lake Worth Pizza on Wednesday evening and asked for a free slice of pizza, according to WPTV. When a waitress refused, he began to yell at her.
Employees then escorted Dennison outside of the restaurant, where he picked up a concrete planner and attempted to throw it through the window, per CBS 12. One of the employees was able to knock the planter out of his hands.
Dennison then hurled several rocks into the restaurant, shattering a pizza display case and hitting the waitress, leaving a scratch several inches long, per WPTV. Dennison was later arrested in a nearby parking lot.
