A Bay Point man was jailed early Tuesday for allegedly threatening his naked neighbor with a gun because he was ticked off about loud music.
The Monroe County Sheriff's Office says that around 1 a.m. on Palm Drive, deputies found Thomas Kerrigan, 21, pointing a loaded .44-caliber Taurus handgun at the naked 56-year-old neighbor, who was lying in the street.
Kerrigan told police he was angry because of the loud music. He said it wasn't uncommon but that this time, he'd had enough.

There were "obvious signs" both men had been drinking alcohol, the Sheriff's Office said.
