Former MLB player Jose Canseco maintained a sense of humor Saturday, cracking wise on Twitter after his reattached finger — the one he accidentally shot off in October — fell off while playing poker late Thursday.

“Ok well I might as well tell you .I was playing in a poker tournament last night and my finger fell off .someone took a video of it,” wrote the Cuban-born slugger, who grew up in Miami. “I put my finger in the freezer anyone want finger appetizers ... or is it finger snacks.”

He says he has seen the video.
