A 75-year-old man was arrested in Orlando last week after being accused of running a sex business for released inmates.
According to Click Orlando, Richard Rawles was charged with human trafficking for commercial sexual activity and deriving proceeds from prostitution. Two other men also were arrested.
Officials saud Rawles recruited inmates from Lowell Correctional Institution, a state prison for women in Ocala, and transported them for prostitution. The base of operations was a home in Orlando, according to authorities.
