A woman who was reportedly caught on camera stealing thousands of dollars worth of jewelry and belongings from a Bal Harbour man is ready to come clean.

An attorney for 24-year old Alexandria Layce Martinez-Davis said she is not a fugitive from justice and is getting ready to turn herself in to police next week.

The man told police he met her at a bar in the Fontainbleau Hotel last September. He said he brought her to his place and she waited until he fell asleep.

Clear surveillance video showed the thief clomping her way into an elevator, wearing the man’s size 11 Gucci loafers and carrying her high heels, purse, a stolen Rolex, $2,000 of stolen cash, a cell phone and a drink in her hand.

Police say Martinez-Davis was arrested three months later after she stole two Rolexes watch from a Miami Beach man while he slept. Those charges were later dropped.
