A construction accident just south of the Dolphin Expressway resulted in three workers being taken to trauma centers Thursday morning.
Just before 10 a.m., Miami-Dade Fire Rescue answered a call at the corner of Northwest 12th Street and 57th Avenue where construction lifts toppled, sending three workers crashing onto a roof.
Rescue workers put the injured men on stretchers, then cranes to get them off the roof.
