FBI: Man implies he has gun and demands money

A man wearing a beige baseball cap and beige and button-down shirt walked into a Miami Lakes bank branch Thursday morning, told a teller he had a gun and demanded money, according to the FBI.

The incident happened at about 9:20 a.m. at the Bank of America branch, 8665 NW 186th St.

Investigators are hoping pictures captured on surveillance cameras will help them locate the man.

There were customers in the bank at the time of robbery, but not one was injured. The man was able to get an undisclosed amount of money before leaving.
