A Pine Tree Drive resident is in stable condition after suffering a stab wound on Sunday afternoon, possibly from a house guest, police say.
Officers answering a 3 p.m. call to 5150 Pine Tree Dr. found one of the two male residents suffering from a stab wound. Police didn’t specify whether the person in Jackson Memorial Hospital was 57-year-old Dr. Michael Sension, who Miami-Dade county records say owns the seven-bedroom, six-bathroom home with an assessed value of $1.75 million, or 55-year-old Gary Cloutier who is listed as a resident.
Guests were staying there Sunday when “an argument occurred which resulted in the stabbing,” Miami Beach police spokesman Ernesto Rodriguez said by e-mail.
Two people are in custody, Rodriguez said.

Another person was stabbed and suffered a superficial wound, Rodriguez said, while attempting to separate the people fighting.
