Miami police on Tuesday said they identified the man wanted for the shooting death of Luis Herrera Kindelan last month in Little Havana.
The problem: They haven't been able to locate him.
Police say 66-year-old Victor Hernandez, also known as Pulili, should be considered armed and dangerous.

On March 11, 34-year-old Kindelan was near the intersection of Northwest 11th Avenue and Third Street when he was shot.
Hernandez, who has a tube in his throat, is described as being 5 feet, 3 inches tall and weighing 135 to 145 pounds.
