Man dies after East Little Havana shooting
Miami police on Tuesday said they identified the man wanted for the shooting death of Luis Herrera Kindelan last month in Little Havana.
The problem: They haven't been able to locate him.
Police say 66-year-old Victor Hernandez, also known as Pulili, should be considered armed and dangerous.
On March 11, 34-year-old Kindelan was near the intersection of Northwest 11th Avenue and Third Street when he was shot.
Hernandez, who has a tube in his throat, is described as being 5 feet, 3 inches tall and weighing 135 to 145 pounds.
Anyone with information is asked to call Miami police department's homicide unit at 305-603-6350 or Miami-Dade Crime Stoppers at 305-471-TIPS (8477).
