Yes, Key Biscayners, Christmas arrived even earlier this year! With two weeks still to go before Thanksgiving, the Village Green Christmas tree was erected on Tuesday Nov 12. The tree seems to go up earlier each year. But what the heck! It looks lovely, especially with the lights at night.
I guess this way we get more value for money out of it. The tree (which is artificial, by the way) is rented for the princely sum of $35,000, we are told.
