A man walked into an AT&T store just outside of Kendall, pointed a gun at several customers inside and demanded their cellphones and wallets.
The man’s two accomplices then came in and managed to take more than $25,000 in merchandise, according to police.
Meanwhile, surveillance cameras were rolling inside the store at 12190 SW 88th St.
On Tuesday, Miami-Dade police released video of the July 13 robbery in hope of identifying the three crooks.

The video showed at least two customers scurrying to the back of the store as the armed man moved the gun back and forth.
A female employee can be seen in the back office standing around as another man loaded a duffel bag with merchandise.
The first man is believed to be in his 40s, 5 feet, 10 inches to 6 feet, 2 inches tall and has a scar on his left cheek. He was last seen wearing a blue shirt with white stripes, blue jeans and a green hat.
The second is described as being 18 to 25 years old and 5 feet, 4 inches to 5 feet, 6 inches tall. He was last seen wearing a black hoodie shirt and grey sweatpants.
The third man is also described as being 18 to 25 years old and 5 feet, 4 inches to 5 feet, 6 inches tall. He was last seen wearing a black hoodie shirt and red gym shorts.
Police say a fourth person was waiting inside an older model gray hatchback, with a possible broken taillight.
