The perils of delivering mail in Kendall got raised above loose dogs for one postman Thursday.
According to Miami-Dade police, mailman Felix Carmona came upon a burglary in progress as he worked in the 9300 block of Southwest 92nd Street. Carmona saw two black males around 6-feet tall, one in a brown hoodie, the other in a black hoodie, running out of a house and into an SUV. The criminals took off and Carmona followed.
They fired shots at Carmona, but failed to hit him. They did, however, get away with two laptop computers.
