A Miami man will be sentenced later this year after pleading in federal court to being a felon in possession of a firearm.
Frederick Frazier, 22, had this to weigh in making his plea decision:
▪ Committing three counts of armed robbery, one count of cocaine possession and one count of possession of a controlled substance, for which he spent two years and three months in Florida prison and was on probation until 2020.
▪ According to his court admission, having a .40 caliber Smith & Wesson loaded with 15 rounds on him when stopped by police officers in Liberty City on April 20.

▪ Throwing away the gun while running from the cops, but doing so on the grounds of Holmes Elementary School, 1175 NW 67th St., and in full view of school surveillance cameras.
Frazier will be sentenced Oct. 13.
