An average of 50 signs are removed each weekend from Cutler Bay roadways, after the town increased its weekend litter patrol initiative.
The initiative has been operating for one month. The enhanced patrol supplements the code compliance department’s extended weekend patrol services. Code compliance officers now have more time to perform follow-up inspections, meet with residents, and respond to calls received through the town’s 24-hour anonymous compliance hotline, at 786-573-5551.
Temporary signs for garage sales, for sale signs, open houses, and more are prohibited on town roadways and swales. Residents are allowed to have four garage sales per year, after an application/permit form is completed at www.cutlerbay-fl.gov.
