Gas prices continue to fall, just at a slightly slower rate in Miami than the rest of the nation.

According to GasBuddy, the average Miami pump hit is $2.34 per gallon, down two cents per gallon from a week ago and six cents a gallon from a month ago. The average U.S. price is $2.23 per gallon, down three cents from a week ago and a fat 15.8 cents from a month ago. The AAA’s Sunday report on gas prices said prices in Florida fell for the 33rd consecutive day.

Lowest price in Miami-Dade: the 7-Eleven at 12720 SW 200th Street, 2.19 per gallon. For North Dade drivers, check out the Sunoco at Northwest 131st Street and 27th Avenue, 2.21 per gallon. U-Gas 1201 E. Commercial Blvd. in Broward County sells it for 2.11 per gallon.
