Miami-Dade prosecutors on Tuesday dropped a drunken-driving charge against Tracy Wilson-Mourning, the wife of former Miami Heat star Alonzo Mourning.
Police arrested Wilson-Mourning on a DUI charge in February after she was pulled over for speeding near Old Cutler Road and San Servano Avenue.
According to the arrest report, an officer said he saw Wilson-Mourning driving her 2010 Porsche Panamera at 48 mph in a 20 mph zone and making an improper right turn at about 3:40 a.m. Police also said Wilson-Mourning ran a flashing red light.
Wilson-Mourning refused to take a breath test but failed a roadside sobriety test, according to police.

But on Tuesday morning, Miami-Dade prosecutors busted down the charge to a traffic citation of careless driving. She’ll still have to attend classes about the dangers of drunken driving, and will also have to complete 50 hours of community service.
Wilson-Mourning did not appear in Miami-Dade court Tuesday, but was instead represented by attorney Christopher Lyons.
“I am pleased that this matter is over and that the state attorney’s office agreed with me that I did not commit a DUI or any other criminal offense that evening,” Wilson-Mourning said in a statement through her attorney.
