Friday rush hour traffic off to bad start, but at least nobody has stripped naked

The Friday afternoon rush hour has begun in South Florida and already there’s bad news.

There has been a crash southbound on I-95 near the Hallandale Beach Boulevard exit in Broward County and two lanes are already blocked, according to the traffic monitoring of Channel 10 WPLG.

There has also been two crashes in Miami-Dade County.

The first happened as rush hour was kicking off and happened on the southbound lane of U.S.-1 and Southwest 57th Avenue in Coral Gables A left lane is blocked, and traffic is said to be “barely moving.”

The second crash blocked one lane of I-95’s northbound lane at northwest 119th street.

So delays are also possible there.

Things could be worse, however.

In north Florida’s Marion County, police don’t have to deal with traffic issues on the scale of the ones seen in South Florida.

But they have to contend with naked teens inexplicably walking on the side of roads …

Per local reports a Florida man got out of his car after a crash, stripped off his clothes, walked away naked from the scene and then caused extensive damage to multiple deputies’ patrol cars.

Marion County Sheriff's officials say 18-year-old Andrew Humphries is charged with one felony count of criminal mischief and one misdemeanor count of criminal mischief after Wednesday night's crash.
