Coming Out Cuba on Friday to host Jewban Social Club opening event

Coming Out Cuba Foundation, an LGBT nonprofit culture and arts group based in Miami Beach, will hold its first Jewban Social Club meeting on Friday, bringing together both the Cuban and Jewish cultures.

Israeli author Yuval Abramovitz will speak about his book The List - Shout out Your Dreams. Complimentary cocktails will be served from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. and dinner is also available.

The event, at SoHo Bay at 520 West Ave. in South Beach, costs $35 per person, $60 for two and $100 for four if tickets are purchased online in advance.
