Calling all creative types! Winter Party Festival is seeking visual artists to contribute works of art for ArtScape, an art exhibition and silent auction to raise funds for the National LGBTQ Task Force as well as more than 50 South Florida LGBTQ nonprofit organizations. The popular ArtScape event will take place Thursday, March 3, 2016, at 7 p.m. at a venue soon to be announced. Artists whose work is accepted into ArtScape will receive two free tickets to the event.

“ArtScape has become one of the most popular Winter Party Festival events of the entire week,” said Carolina Bonnelly, Miami-based filmmaker and photographer at Bonnelly Films and curator of ArtScape. “Our annual art exhibition showcases prominent and emerging LGBTQ artists in a fun and casual setting and we’re very excited that what started out five years ago as an event for the women of Winter Party has been embraced by the entire community now.”

Both professional and amateur artists, crafts people, designers, filmmakers and photographers working in any two-dimensional discipline are encouraged to submit items for the exhibition and silent auction. All submitted artwork must be an original design, personally executed and free from any copyright.

Entry submissions are due by Friday, January 15, 2016. To submit a work of art for consideration, email two, high quality, 300 dpi .jpg images of the artwork to ArtScape@winterparty.com. An overall view in full frame showing the complete work is required. The email submission should also include: the artist’s name and short bio, telephone number, email address, title and size of the work, and type of media used. Ideally, pieces should not be larger than four-feet tall or four-feet wide.
