A small plane made an unexpected landing in a Hollywood driveway Wednesday, just blocks from North Perry Airport, authorities said.
The plane made the emergency landing along the 300 block of North 76th Avenue at about 4:15 p.m., according to Federal Aviation Administration spokeswoman Arlene Salac. The pilot of the Cessna 152 single-engine plane had just done maintenance work on the aircraft and left North Perry Airport on a test run before the emergency happened, according to Broward County Aviation Department spokesman Greg Meyer.
