Pembroke Pines lifts boil-water order

The City of Pembroke Pines lifted the precautionary boil-water order Sunday evening. Bacteriological tests showed that the water is safe to drink, the city announced.

The boil-water order had been issued Thursday after a water main break west of Pines Boulevard and Southwest 145th Avenue.

Residents and business with questions regarding the testing of the water may call:
