A pair of office towers in Kendall sold to an investor group for $150 million, according to the Wall Street Journal.
The buyers of the nearly 500,000-square-foot property were ABS Partners Real Estate and Acre Valley Real Estate Capital, the Journal reported. The towers are located at 9100 and 9130 S. Dadeland Blvd, near a Metrorail stop. ABS is headquartered in New York City. Acre Valley has offices in Chicago and New York.
Florida’s robust job market is driving national investor interest in the office sector.
In Miami-Dade County, rents for Class A office space hit $44.03 per square foot in the second quarter, up 10.3 percent annually, according to commercial brokerage Cushman & Wakefield.
