The $2,690,000 purchase price works out to $844 per square foot. The property features five bedrooms and five bathrooms. There's also a pool in the backyard. The unit sits on a 0.3-acre lot.

• A 2,050-square-foot home on the 8000 block of Southwest 62nd Place in South Miami sold in May 2022 for $1,525,000, a price per square foot of $744.
• On Southwest 63rd Court, South Miami, in August 2021, a 2,794-square-foot home was sold for $1,725,000, a price per square foot of $617.
• In June 2022, a 4,698-square-foot home on Southwest 80th Street in South Miami sold for $3,926,000, a price per square foot of $836.
