Eric Holland has been named principal of ADD Inc., based in Miami. Before, he was senior associated principal. Holland, who represents the firm’s workplace practice, received his bachelor’s degree in interior design at the University of Minnesota.

Michael McGuinn and Michael Ehrling have been promoted to principals at Zyscovich Architects in Miami. Ehrling also remains director of design for the firm’s education group. He has a bachelor’s degree in architecture from Tulane. McGuinn also remains senior project manager in the firm. He has a bachelor’s degree in architecture from the University of Miami and a master’s degree in construction administration from Florida International University.


Roberta Kjelgaard has been named director of development at The Boca Raton Museum of Art. Before, she was director of development at the Neuberger Museum of Art at Purchase College, State University of New York. From 2007 to 2013, Kjelgaard served as the director of development at the Museum of Art | Fort Lauderdale, Nova Southeastern University. Kjelgaard received her bachelor’s degree from Pennsylvania State University and her master of arts degree in dance from Ohio State University.


Rosary Plana Falero joins Coconut Grove Bank as executive vice president of private banking. She was at BankUnited as executive vice president and managing director of private client services. She has a bachelor’s degree in business administration, and an MBA, from Florida International University.

Alisa Bachana Jaffe has joined UBS Financial Services in Boca Raton as a first vice president-wealth management. Before she was a first vice president at Morgan Stanley. Jaffe, a CFA, has a bachelor’s degree from Barnard.


Eric Kramer was recently named chief executive officer at Comp Resource Group in Boynton Beach.


Marc Carver has joined Miami-based men’s fashion house Sebastien James as vice president of sales. Before he was vice president at VINCE.


Jeffrey B. Shapiro has been elected as firm chairman at Arnstein & Lehr. He was most recently the firm’s Florida managing partner. Shapiro has a law degree from New York University.


Scott Sandelin has been promoted to associate vice president investments from senior associate at Marcus & Millichap.

Name: David W. Grossman

New position: He has joined the Miami office of Simon, Reed & Salazar as a partner.

Previous position: He was a partner in the Miami office of Wadsworth Huott.

Also: Grossman has tried over 135 jury trials to verdict on behalf of various Fortune 100 companies, including large retailers, restaurants, hotels, and technology companies. Grossman focuses his practice in the areas of products liability, professional negligence and negligent security, among others.

Education: Undergraduate degree from the University of Florida; law degree from Georgetown University.
