From: Senior vice president and administration director of special assets with FirstBank in Puerto Rico.

Best advice she has ever received: “You’ll see it when you believe it.” I’ve learned that whether it’s a new business strategy roll-out, an organizational culture change, a process change, a sales goal, a system implementation, a behavior change or a personal goal, those powerful words always help me create a vision of the goal and then enrolling and obtaining buy-in from the team and stakeholders always gets me to the finish line.
