In the latest partnership between a luxury brand and a Miami condominiun developer, Château Group and FENDI unveiled plans to develop FENDI Château Residences, a 12-story waterfront condo two blocks south of The Bal Harbour Shops in Surfside.
The project planned for 9365 Collins Avenue is slated to have units ranging from 3,300 square feet to more than 7,000 square feet priced from $5 million to $22 million.
The deal —the first branded real estate project for FENDI, an Italian handbag and accessory company — marks a trend.
Earlier in July, Italian fashion designer Giorgio Armani and Dezer Development unveiled plans for a much larger 60-story tower by Armani/Casa Interior Design Studio at 18975 Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach.
