Blue Sea at the Delano is celebrating its 10th anniversary with a new menu. New appetizers include spiced creamy tuna tataki, hamachi usuzukuri, wild coho salmon tartare, lobster avocado & fried tofu while new maki rolls include a sesame crusted tuna tataki roll (avocado, spicy tuna mousse, cucumber & scallion, topped with tataki and eel sauce) and a Mexican roll (pictured, scallop and shrimp ceviche paired with avocado, red onions, tomato and jalapeno).
