Time to get mini. The Design District’s latest homage to tapas and small plates opens today as MiniBar claims the former Charcuterie space. Expect old favorites and new classics from the eclectic menu spanning Europe, Latin America and the States. Think chicken, beef, turkey and lamb sliders, baguette sandwiches, croquettes, emapanadas, pizzas and pastas. In a local shout out – breads are house-baked and herbs are home-grown.
