SoBe welcomes its latest Cuban hotspot tomorrow as famed local chef Douglas Rodriguez (Ola, Yuca) opens his namesake D. Rodriguez at the Astor Hotel. Expect tapas like fritta sliders and pan con bistect; tuna and vegetarian flatbreads; whole snapper and vaca frita entrees; and at least five types of mojitos, including the signature Dark & Stormy (black rum, mint & crushed ice topped with ginger beer).
