The buzzed-about Dolce is scheduled to bring “all-things-Italian” to South Beach beginning Friday (Jan 18). Located inside the recently renovated Gale South Beach Hotel, Dolce promises moderately-priced, updated Italian classics. Think mozzarella caprese, grilled octopus, meatballs, Neapolitan pizzas, house-made pappardelle alla Bolognese, veal Milanese and eggplant parmigiana. Italian-born executive chef Paolo Dorigato (Atlantic City’s Azure at Revel Resorts) is joining forces with mixologist John Lermayer – come to eat, drink & linger.
