It’s Wednesday, time for another installment of International Wednesdays at Mansion. This week the rising Dutch DJ Superstar Afrojack wil invade Mansion and drop a set of upbeat Progressive House alongside residents Konflikt and Damaged Goods.
His name came into the game in 2007 DJing at some of the hottest parties across Europe. In 2008 he dropped the tracks “Math” and “Do My Dance”, which became overnight successes with constant airplay throughout the dance music scene. Soon after he teamed up with Party Squad and created the hit “Drop down (do my dance)”; this track was named the “tune of the week” across Dutch radio stations.

Since then his career has taken off; he’s worked with big names such as David Guetta, Diplo, Kid Cudi, Chuckie, Laidback Luke and Steve Angello to name a few.In only three years he has become one of the highly recognized and respected progressive house DJ’s in the scene.
International Wednesdays is one of my favorite events. It’s a good place to mingle all the locals and there’s always great entertainment with DJ’s from around the world making an appearance every week. If you haven’t had a chance to see him out before, I recommend you check out this rising star as he takes over the turntables tonight at Mansion. General admission tickets are $20 at the door or get your tickets in advance at Wanttickets.com; doors open at 11pm.
