The story: Move over, Manhattan! Yardbird in Miami Beach is brimming with a super-nutty twist on the classic city slicker cocktail. In place of whiskey, the Southern-style restaurant uses rum, specifically Bacardi Gran Reserva Ocho Años (formerly Bacardi 8) and Atlantico Reserva, along with sweet vermouth, Berentzen wild cherry liqueur, Nux Alpina walnut liqueur, and mole bitters. Three bourbon-soaked cherries top off the coupe glass.
