She’s strong, fierce and proud.

We’re talking about #metoo advocate and sexual assault survivor, gymnast Aly Raisman.

The Olympic gold medalist was at Aerie on Lincoln Road Sunday afternoon to talk female empowerment as part of the retailer’s new “#AerieReal” campaign, fronted by the gymnast as well as UK plus size model Iskra Lawrence.

The new ads feature natural models with zero airbrushing. Raisman also helped design a one piece bathing suit that reads “Survivor.”

The Massachusetts native  won six medals in her two outings at the Summer Olympics in 2012 and 2016. In February, her former USA Gymnastics doctor Larry Nassar was sentenced to 40 to 175 years in prison after the more than 150 victims, including Raisman, bravely came forward in court to tell their stories of abuse.

Her testimony was particularly impactful:

“Your honor, I ask you to give Larry the strongest possible sentence, which his actions deserve, for by doing so you will send a message to him and to other abusers that they cannot get away with their horrible crimes,” Raisman said at the time. “They will be exposed for the evil they are, and they will be punished to the maximum extent of the law.”

The 23-year-old currently is making the rounds as a motivational speaker.

“I want you to know that it’s OK to speak up if something feels wrong or just not right,” she said to a large crowd of mostly women and girls at the Miami Beach store. “It’s up to you to protect yourself. It’s OK to stand up for you.”
