The afternoon featured traditional Carnaval entertainment including samba dancers, steel drum bands, and “capoeira” performers doing a type of martial arts, as well as flutes upon flutes of Veuve.
The well dressed crowd moved to the beats of DJ Brendan Fallis and played lawn games like corn hole, pineapple bowling, ring toss, and ping pong.
Singer Solange, dressed in a blush-colored top and skirt, strappy sandals and hippie chic jewelry, was the epitome of resort chic as she danced to the rhythm and snapped photos of the action.
Actress Jamie Chung, who paired a red jumpsuit with a bright embroidered jacket, was spotted playing beach paddle ball with a girlfriend.
Top Chef judge Lakshmi channeled a South Floridian by donning a flowing caftan, which showed off her incredibly toned legs.
Dressed in a cream midriff-baring top with matching pants, Emily Ratajkowski (Ben Affleck’s mistress in “Gone Girl”) stayed close to new boyfriend, musician Jeff Magid.
Also in the glittery crew: Telenovela star William Levy, who appeared to be enjoying the view.
