Gawking opportunity alert: If you can battle the traffic Thursday to get to Aventura, you will be rewarded with the opportunity to see celebrities in the flesh. A red carpet will be set up starting at 5:15 p.m. outside AMC Aventura theater on the third floor for a special local screening of Michael Bay’s 13 Hours: The Secret Soldiers of Benghazi.
The movie, based on the book by Mitch Zuckoff.is about the Sept. 11, 2012, battle that went down after terrorists attacked the U.S. diplomatic compound in Benghazi, Libya.
