LeBron James sells his Miami mansion

He’s gone, really gone. There are no remnants of LeBron James left in Miami now that the Cleveland Cavalier’s Coconut Grove mansion sold.

Price tag? $13.4 million. The waterside six bedroom, eight and a half bathroom property was originally listed last October at $17 million’ James paid $9M when he arrived here in 2010.

For that kind of moola, the buyer (shopping center titan Timo Kipp, according to Yahoo) gets a 12,178-square-foot home with a home theater, infinity pool, wine cellar, rooftop sun deck, dock, bayside backyard with LED lighting, guest house and more, according to the listing from Opulence International Realty.

Located at 3590 Crystal View Court has views of Biscayne Bay, the three story crib has a state of the art security system, so gawking is probably not a great idea.

The owner is loving the house, but has to make one major adjustment, he told The Sun Sentinel.

“I’m going to have to change the showerhead,” Kipp said. “It’s definitely too tall for me.”
