Rick Ross: My new reality show ‘Signed’ is dope

Rick Ross knows his craft.

And he wants to teach other aspiring stars in his VH1 reality show, Signed.

The Maybach Music Group CEO is playing mentor on the Wednesday night series that costars The-Dream (Radio Killa Records) and Roc Nation A&R senior VP Lenny S.

Ross is unfortunately not seeking talent in his hometown of Miami, but in Atlanta, where he currently resides most of the time. But he still hopes locals will watch.

“The show was really a dope idea, and what made it different was it wasn’t just about a show and us getting paid per episode,” Ross told Page Six. “It was really about the opportunity to get in front of the dopest artists in the US — male and female.”

Ross stopped by the UsWeekly offices and then made the editors try to do what he does for a living (hint: it’s not that easy).

They tried out his 2010 track “B.M.F. (Blowing Money Fast), off his fourth studio album, Teflon Don.

He also shared some stuff you may not know about him, e.g, he watches “Game of Thrones” religiously; his celebrity crush is Naomi Campbell, and in his spare time, he likes to paint.
