News flash: It’s super duper hot in Miami. Like waiting room in hell hot.
It’s so hot, in fact, that the Miami Herald reported that a heat advisory has been issued for parts of Miami-Dade and inland Collier counties from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. today.
The worst part is that what feels like triple-digit temps is not going away any time soon. We are going to face this hot mess for the rest of the week, according to the National Weather Service.
Like we said, it’s hot AF.
National Weather Service meteorologist Larry Kelly told the Miami Herald that our saving grace from this inferno is the rain expected early next week. So the forecast says we will go from Phoenix to Seattle over the weekend. Sweet.
For those of you that need someone to explain it, all this heat means stay right next to the AC vent and drink plenty of water.
